Job description
Process Scale Up Engineer: Drive industrialization of new products from lab to manufacturing. Partner with R&D, Manufacturing, Quality, and Safety to translate technologies into robust, safe, and capable production processes. Lead technical transfers, define parameters, support first runs, and ensure safety, quality, and sustainability.
Responsibilities include
process safety, quality standards, root cause analysis, validation, and documentation. Utilize Lean/Six Sigma, DOE, and project management. Requires engineering degree and 2+ years in process engineering or scale up.
