Job description
Within the Group Chief Sustainability Officer function, we are looking for a talented and proactive resource to join the team.
Key responsibilities
- Supporting knowledge and capability‑building activities under the Sustainable Innovation workstream, contributing to internal toolkits, briefings, and learning materials
- Conducting research and analysis on key technical and strategic topics, including (but not limited to):
- Exploring electric vehicles and the mobility transition
- Assessing natural catastrophe risk, climate hazards, and resilience
- Analyzing demographic change and societal risk trends
- Examining climate transition and physical risk drivers relevant to insurance and investments
- Supporting benchmarking and quantitative analysis of peers, market trends, and regulatory or policy developments
- Assisting in preparing technical presentations, briefing notes, and analytical materials (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) for internal stakeholders and senior management
- Supporting coordination and knowledge exchange across internal networks and communities, including interacting with country teams and technical experts
- Contributing to organizing and documenting internal working sessions and technical meetings
