Job description
The Assistant Sales Manager is responsible to supervise the provision of real estate brokerage services by associate brokers and salespersons assigned to a branch office or a real estate team. This position is responsible for monitoring all real estate documents even if they delegate the preparation and safekeeping of the documents to someone else.
This position will also be assigned specific programs to oversee within the office in order to provide hands-on leadership experience to further develop sales management skills. This position is designed to develop and prepare real estate professionals to move into potential future sales management position within the Company.
