Job description
You’re the engineer who makes the systems that run our broadband business talk to each other — and then run themselves. When a customer signs up for broadband, VoIP, or IPTV, a chain of systems has to fire in order: the CRM captures the order, the product catalog prices it, provisioning turns the service on, and billing starts the clock — all without anyone keying data in twice or chasing down why an account didn’t activate.
Your job is to design, connect, and automate that chain, and to keep it reliable as we grow.
