Job Title Team leader of Billing Department Department Billing Shared Service Center Part Time Type Role Summary We are looking for a Team Leader to join our Billing team in Galanta. You will lead and develop a team responsible for billing operations, including hiring, onboarding, performance management, and fostering a collaborative, customer-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, motivate, and develop a team responsible for invoice generation, review, distribution, and query resolution. Be accountable for team member recruitment, onboarding, performance management, career development, and skills training. Contribute to building a positive, collaborative, and customer-focused team environment.
Oversee the entire regional billing cycle (Order-to-Cash), ensuring the accuracy, compliance, timeliness of all invoices and send reports for assigned entities regularly Develop and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and report on operational performance regularly. Identify process bottlenecks and optimization opportunities.
Acting as a contact point for suppliers, internal customers and management.
Requirements
University degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration Minimum of 5 years of experience working in a Shared Service Center or financial operations environment, with at least 2 years in a team leadership role directly managing a team of 5+ people. English
