The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for continuing to build a world-class talent pipeline by proactively identifying, attracting, and hiring exceptional talent across the organization. This role goes beyond filling open positions—it serves as a strategic talent advisor who relentlessly sources and recruits high-performing individuals from entry-level positions through senior leadership. In addition to creating a best in class hiring experience, this position owns the organization’s early talent strategy, creating meaningful partnerships with colleges and universities while continuing to build internship, early talent, and leadership pipelines that fuel long-term growth.
