Job description
The Production Team Lead supports daily production activities across assembly and testing operations to ensure work is completed safely, accurately, and according to schedule. This role performs and guides production tasks such as component assembly, hydraulic power unit build-up, set-up, inspection, testing, troubleshooting, equipment readiness, and documentation.
The Production Team Lead provides day-to-day direction to production team members, reinforces safety and quality standards, helps resolve production issues, and partners with supervision, engineering, and quality teams to improve workflow, product quality, and overall production output.
