OpenText Exstream Notice Developer / Engineer (IRS Notice Modernization, MBI Clearance Must)

Requirements

Experience developing correspondence solutions using OpenText Exstream. Experience developing or implementing OpenText Exstream within the IRS environment. Experience developing IRS correspondence or IRS Notice Modernization solutions. Experience with correspondence orchestration using OpenText xPression and OpenText Exstream.

Strong understanding of document composition, template development, and correspondence workflows. Experience working in Agile development environments. Active IRS MBI (Minimum Background Investigation) clearance is required.
