FAMILY ADVOCATE PARTNER FOR RAPID SERVICE RESPONSE PROGRAM IN PHILADELPHIA The Family Advocate Partner (FAP) plays a critical role in bridging the gap between families and the services we offer. With compassion, and practical support, the FAP helps families engage meaningfully with the program and navigate challenges with confidence. The (FAP) provides hope, builds connections and linkages, to support the RSR Case Workers and at the intake home visit encourages parents to utilize their voice to be part of the family service plan. The FAP strengthens engagement, and supports skill-building consistent with RSR phases of service. Embodies Gemma’s UNITED values and the Gemma Way in all interactions with families and partners.
