Job description

You will be responsible for the following projects: Actively develop product roadmap together with R&D and Sales departments; Gather and systematize information about the competitive market and regulatory requirements; Proactively engage with market participants to collect feedback on current and upcoming products and features; Propose the launch of new products and improvements to existing ones; Prepare and execute commercialization plans for new products in cooperation with other departments; Collaborate closely with the sales team on product presentation, sales strategies, training, etc.

; Define and monitor product-related KPIs (cost, sales price, volumes, PnL); Organize timely product discontinuation from the market or replacement with alternative products. We hope that you have: Experience in a similar product management position; A university degree in engineering or management; Continuous improvement mindset, ability to present and defend your ideas; Excellent computer skills, proficient with MS Office; High standards for yourself and others, quick to adapt, analytically minded, communicative; Fluency in English (both spoken and written); Understanding of manufacturing processes is an advantage.

Salary From 3800 to 5100 €/month gross Salary depends on your competencies and is negotiable.
