Prime Health Coordinator (AD2638 - NIC)

Under the direction of the Prime Health Program Manager, the Prime Health Coordinator supports the day-to-day operation and growth of Communi. Care's employer health program. The position coordinates employer-group onboarding, member engagement, events, communications, documentation, and reporting while helping ensure a consistent, responsive, concierge-level experience for employer partners and Prime Health members.
