David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a multinational financial services company specialising in online trading who is seeking to onboard a French speaking Premium Customer Success Officer to join their team in Limassol. Position: Premium Customer Success Officer (French) Location: Limassol, Cyprus Employment type: Full-time Work model: Hybrid Remuneration: Base salary.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Build and maintain long lasting relationships with existing clients, offer them the best solution services Ensure existing clients are satisfied as well as gaining and using feedback Research industry trends Give presentations to clients about products or services Resolve and answer any questions/queries asked by the client, if able to help or escalate it to the relevant department Ensure that the terms of a contract are adhered to by both your employer and clients Understand and help to meet the targets and aims of the client.
REQUIREMENTS
Native in French, both oral and written. Fluent in English (at least B2 level). Additional languages will be considered as an advantage Previous experience in a Client Relationship, Sales, Business Development or Customer Support roles within the FX industry is a must! Good understanding of financial markets and financial instruments Knowledge of technical analysis Knowledge of fundamental analysis Excellent copywriting skills Excellent communication skills Passionate about the financial markets Self-motivated, a high achiever High time management skills Ability to work independently, while being a team player at the same time.
