Key Responsibilities
Counsel prospective students regarding available courses and admission procedures. Handle inbound and outbound enquiries professionally. Follow up with prospective candidates to maximize admissions. Maintain accurate lead and student records. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth admission process. Achieve monthly admission targets.
Build strong relationships with students and parents. Prepare admission reports and update CRM regularly.
Required Skills
Student Counselling – Guide students effectively. Communication Skills – Excellent verbal and written communication. Sales & Conversion – Convert enquiries into admissions. Lead Management – Track and follow up on leads. MS Office & CRM – Maintain accurate admission records.
Preferred Skills
