The Manager, Program Management role at UCT is responsible for leading customer programs and aligning them with organizational strategy to drive customer success and profitability. This position serves as the single point of accountability for demand and commercial performance, overseeing revenue forecasts, contractual compliance, and cross-functional execution.
By directing teams across planning, purchasing, engineering, quality, and operations, the Manager ensures delivery on quality, cost, and schedule commitments. Through risk management, process improvement, and strong customer engagement, this role enhances satisfaction, strengthens partnerships, and supports UCT’s leadership in the semiconductor industry.
