Job Description:
- Spearhead the development and achievement of product performance objectives, while formulating product and project plans to support the execution of Cash Management product strategies.
- Assume accountability for the profitability of assigned products and services, overseeing their development and management to ensure alignment with market needs.
- Actively drive the product development process, effectively communicating client requirements with Product Sales, Relationship Managers and other internal stakeholders.
- Responsible for project planning, preparing project schedules and provides regular update to Management, Head Offices and other relevant departments.
- Engage in product implementation and evaluation, collating client feedback for continuous product improvement.
- Ensure the products compliance with operational, legal, credit, settlement risk, compliance, and audit requirements, as well as local regulations and internal procedures.
- Conduct product training to internal and external stakeholders such as sales team, RMs, Operations etc to ensure the product features are thoroughly communicated
- Lead relevant stakeholders to extract product data to prepare management reporting Job Requirements:
- Hold a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Information Technology or a related discipline.
- Possess a minimum of 2 years’ experience in Cash Management, exposure to API, e-channels, tokenized deposit and blockchain payments is a plus.
- Concrete experience in product development and project management, with a proven ability to deliver projects within deadlines and efficiently allocate resources.
- Display a strong foundation in Cash Management product knowledge, particularly in Liquidity and Payment products, ideally with certification such as Certificate in International Cash Management (Cert ICM), Certified Treasury Professional (CTP), Certificate in Advanced Cash Management (CACM) or other relevant qualifications.
- Demonstrate strong analytical and organizational skills, capable of working independently and collaboratively within teams. Experience in coaching junior team member is a plus.
- Possess a results-driven mindset, with meticulous attention to detail and consistent follow-up skills.
- Demonstrates strong persuasive skills to effectively drive projects forward with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Exhibit exceptional written, listening, and verbal communication skills, adept at engaging stakeholders from diverse levels and sectors.
- Fluency in spoken and written Chinese and Mandarin is essential.
