Hiring: Business Transformation Consultant – Finance Transformation Location: Bangalore Experience: 5+ Years (4+ Years Relevant) We are hiring experienced Finance Transformation Consultants with strong expertise in Polaris, Tagetik, and Essbase to join a high-impact IBM project.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and support Polaris applications and Tagetik environments Own L2/L3 production support activities Perform root cause analysis and resolve complex application issues Handle release deployments and environment management Monitor and optimize application performance Design and maintain dimensional models Work on integrations using file-based and API-based approaches Manage security design, user access, and governance Optimize calculations and system performance Required Skills: ✔ Strong experience in Polaris (Tagetik + Essbase) ✔ Hands-on experience with Tagetik as the primary skill ✔ Experience with Essbase administration and support ✔ Expertise in dimensional modeling and data management ✔ Experience with integrations (File/API) ✔ Knowledge of security design and environment management ✔ Strong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills ✔ Experience in L2/L3 support and release deployments Important Notes:
