Role: Sports Coach Carlie Barlow Health & Wellbeing on behalf of MSC Cruises Seeking Italian, Spanish, German, French speakers Salary: $2,500 per month, accommodation, flights, food & laundry included. Carlie Barlow Health & Wellbeing are searching for a Sports Coach to join the team in a very exciting new position, responsible for the successful delivery of sports, activities and events on-board an industry-leading Cruise Ship

Responsibilities
Leads and delivers high quality coaching to guests with varying abilities Plans fun, engaging and safe tournaments and sessions to relevant age groups Explains and enforces health and safety rules and regulations Performs regular inventory and upkeep of all equipment and supplies Performs regular health and safety checks of all sports facilities Planning and Coordinating the on-board schedule Drives the creation, development, and delivery of sports and activities for passengers Monitors session insights, using feedback to drive a culture of improvement Continuously evaluates processes and procedures and updates when and where necessary to achieve maximum Supports the development of new products and ideas Liaises with on-board representatives to optimise session delivery Maintains daily information, hours of operation, activities, etc.

Qualifications
Technical qualifications that can be applied to the role: Minimum L2 coaching qualification, relevant degree desirable Proven track record in coaching various sports and activities to a high standard Experience in multi-tasking projects, ability to problem-solve Language skills are desirable IT skills such as MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, or MAC proficient Character and Attitude: Thrives in a creative environment A dynamic and innovative professional with a forward-thinking attitude and approach Demonstrates commitment to the business, with the ability to work under one's own initiative A passion to travel Demonstrates a passion for results Provides a professional image at all times that supports the expectations of the company Experience Required: Minimum of two year’s coaching experience Management experience is desirable Experience in the travel sector is desirable Minimum of 21 years old
