Nursing Faculty Development Specialist, MSN Required

The Nursing Faculty Development Specialist ensures the pre-licensure nursing program exhibits the attributes of a highly successful nursing program that delivers completion rates and NCLEX pass rates (program outcomes) at or above 90%. Adhering to the mission of the School of Nursing, the Nursing Faculty Development Specialist is expected to provide training to ensure faculty have the teaching skills and expertise to cultivate a learning environment to develop students’ knowledge, skills, attitudes, and clinical judgment.

The Nursing Faculty Development Specialist works with pre-licensure administrators and faculty providing continuous training to ensure program quality evidenced by program outcomes consistently achieving the identified desired levels.
