You analyse quality deviations, identify process disturbances, and initiate improvement actions that contribute to a stable, efficient, and high-quality production process.

Additionally, you have: Experience in SMT, box build and cabinet assembly. Min 5 years of experience in PCBA high mix low volume manufacturing, especially in Semiconductor space. Knowledgeable in ISO 9001.
Your responsibilities
Developing, implementing, and continuously improving production quality control methods; Performing quality inspections, including cleanroom inspections, in accordance with applicable standards and procedures; Analysing product and process quality data and preparing management reports on quality performance; Handling customer and supplier complaints and leading structured root cause analyses using methodologies such as 8D; Initiating, coordinating, and following up continuous improvement projects aimed at reducing the cost of non-quality; Supporting incoming inspection activities whenever operational priorities require; Supporting New Product Introduction (NPI) by ensuring quality requirements are embedded within new production processes; Identifying improvement opportunities and driving continuous improvement initiatives across the manufacturing organisation; Acting as Prevention Officer and contributing to a safe, healthy, and compliant working environment Review procedure, instructions and manage documents.
