#2026-080 | Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Foot Care Nurse

The Licensed Practical Nurse provides health education and care within the scope of nursing practice. As a member of a client-centered interdisciplinary team, the Licensed Practical Nurse provides care to individuals promoting wellness, prevention of disease and/or disability and the management of chronic diseases/conditions.

The incumbent works as an advocate on behalf of the client to ensure the appropriate links/referrals to other human services that would enable the client to achieve their health goals.
