At ZO Skin Health, we are building our new Barcelona office and looking for an Office and Event Manager to be part of this journey from the very beginning. As the main point of contact for employees, visitors, suppliers, and external partners, you will deliver exceptional administrative, operational, and logistical support across the workplace and event experience.
This role requires strong coordination with internal departments (HR, Sales & Marketing) and external partners (venues, agencies, hotels, travel providers, suppliers). Your focus will be to create a seamless workplace experience, ensure operational excellence, and support local culture in Barcelona.
