Director of Organizational Development & Training (HR)

Responsible for leading the design, development, and implementation of programs and initiatives that are reflective of MFS culture and support the organization’s values. This role with align with the strategic efforts of the agency People & Culture’s goal of increased organizational effectiveness, high employee engagement and wellness, strong leadership development, and overall training needs assessments as well as training compliance.

This role will work closely with Chief People & Culture Officer along with senior leadership to align training and development strategies with the company's overall mission and goals
