Infrastructure Engineer

Our client, a world leader in biotechnology and life sciences, is looking for an “Infrastructure Engineer”. Location: Hillsboro, OR (Onsite) Job Duration: Long-Term Contract (Possibility Of Extension & FT Conversion) Rate: $50/hr on W2 Company Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Paid Sick Leave, 401 (k) About the Role In this role, you will be supporting and maintaining enterprise infrastructure across manufacturing facilities.

This is a hands-on, onsite role responsible for Windows server administration, VMware virtualization, networking, SQL databases, backup and disaster recovery, and day-to-day infrastructure operations. Experience in life sciences, pharmaceutical, biotech, or manufacturing is highly preferred. Required Qualifications 7+ years of experience supporting enterprise IT infrastructure.

Strong experience with Windows Server administration. Hands-on experience with VMware virtualization technologies (or equivalent virtualization platforms). Experience with Active Directory and Group Policy. Strong networking knowledge (TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, DNS, DHCP, firewalls). Experience supporting Microsoft SQL Server or another relational database platform.

Experience with backup solutions, disaster recovery, and business continuity. Experience using ServiceNow or similar IT ticketing systems.

Preferred Qualifications
