Journeyman Electrician (Medium voltage)

Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Master Electrician with extensive experience in medium voltage (MV) terminations, particularly with T-bodies and stress cones. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical systems, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to safety and quality workmanship.

Key Responsibilities

Electrical Installations: Execute MV terminations using T-bodies and stress cones, ensuring compliance with industry standards and safety regulations. Certifications from Hubble / 3M / TE Experience grounding pad-mounted equipment. Experience in working near energized equipment and with LOTO. Compliance and Safety: Ensure all work is performed in accordance with local electrical codes, company policies, and safety regulations.

Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and safety inspections.

Qualifications

Valid Master Electrician license. Proven experience with medium voltage terminations, specifically with T-bodies and stress cones. Strong knowledge of electrical codes, safety regulations, and best practices. Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documents.

Strong leadership and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
