Sales Development Representative (SDR) Intern – HR Solutions ? Location: Whitefield, Bengaluru (Full-Time) ? Duration: 3 Months Internship Are you passionate about Sales, Business Development, and Client Engagement? nHRMS is looking for energetic and communication-driven individuals to join our Growth Team as SDR Interns.

This role offers hands-on exposure to B2B sales, lead generation, client conversations, and HRTech solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute outbound campaigns through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and LinkedIn
• Engage with HR Heads, Founders, and Business Owners
• Generate and qualify leads for the sales pipeline
• Conduct introductory discussions and identify client needs
• Maintain CRM records and sales activities
• Research target companies and identify business opportunities
• Support client engagement and relationship-building initiatives Eligibility
• Graduates from 2024, 2025, or 2026 batches
• B.Com preferred
• BBA, BA, BBM, HR, Psychology, or related disciplines are welcome to apply
• Prior internship or experience in Sales, Business Development, Lead Generation, Client Servicing, or Customer-Facing roles is an advantage Skills Required ✔ Excellent communication skills (English + Regional Language) ✔ Confidence in speaking with professionals and business leaders ✔ Strong listening and relationship-building skills ✔ Positive attitude and willingness to learn ✔ Basic familiarity with Google Sheets or CRM tools What You'll Gain
