Cardinal Services is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Instructor as an independent contractor to lead and grow our inclusive, state-approved CNA training program. This position plays a vital role in shaping the next generation of healthcare professionals by delivering high-quality classroom instruction, facilitating hands-on lab sessions, and supervising clinical experiences.
The instructor will teach foundational nursing principles and patient care techniques while preparing students for the Indiana CNA certification exam and ensuring compliance with state regulations and agency standards. In addition to teaching, the CNA Instructor supports student success.
