Position Summary
The Class I Engineer is expected to perform highly skilled maintenance and repair duties for the property, including but not limited to HVAC, electrical, and plumbing skills.
Accountabilities: The Class I Engineer is responsible for ensuring that the rooms and property are maintained in the best possible condition, with the least inconvenience to guests. Must approach all encounters with guests, employees and vendors in a friendly, service-oriented manner.
