Join our team as a Site Generalist and serve as a trusted HR partner supporting employees and leaders in a manufacturing environment. In this role, you will lead hourly recruiting efforts, support employee relations and investigations, administer attendance and corrective action processes, coordinate onboarding and leave administration, and drive employee engagement initiatives.
The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree, 5+ years of progressive HR experience, strong employee relations expertise, and the ability to balance multiple priorities while fostering a positive, compliant, and high-performing workplace culture.
