Job description
The Leasing Manager is responsible for negotiating long-term leases (over one year) for retail stores at their assigned shopping centers. They maintain communication with national, regional, and local retailers, providing information about and promoting the properties. Leasing Managers stay attuned to retailers' needs regarding space size, storefront width, and location to present suitable opportunities.
They also monitor market conditions and merchandise mix to determine the best types of stores for the property.
