Job description
As External Communications & PR Leader, you are responsible for developing and executing Limbach’s external communications strategy to strengthen our brand reputation, support business objectives, and elevate our market visibility. This role serves as a steward of the company’s external voice, ensuring consistent and compelling messaging across public-facing channels, including social media, blog/podcast, public relations, thought leadership, and all other digital content platforms.
The incumbent partners closely with our Internal Communications Leader, the entire marketing department, business leaders, talent acquisition, and external PR partners to shape Limbach’s market narrative, amplify company achievements, and identify opportunities to enhance brand awareness and engagement.
