A well-established CSP based in Malta is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Corporate Services Officer to join their growing team. In this role, you will manage a portfolio of clients and provide comprehensive corporate administration services within a dynamic and supportive environment This is a hybrid role offering a salary of up to €35K, depending on experience Please note that only candidates already based in Malta can be considered Role & Responsibilities Manage a portfolio of corporate clients and handle day-to-day client requests Prepare and submit statutory filings with the Malta Business Registry (MBR) Attend board meetings, take accurate minutes, and maintain company registers Open and close bank accounts and liaise with banks on behalf of clients Collaborate with third parties such as lawyers, accountants, and auditors Collect and verify due diligence documentation in line with KYC procedures Ensure ongoing monitoring and compliance requirements are met for client portfolios Maintain regular communication with clients and keep them informed of key developments Education, Skills & Experience Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role, ideally within corporate, legal, or financial services Relevant qualifications in a related field (tertiary education preferred) Impeccable written and spoken English Assertive, hands-on approach with a strong commitment to quality service delivery Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work under pressure, multitask, and meet tight deadlines Highly organised with strong time management skills and ability to work independently Proficient in Microsoft Office applications About the role Salary of up to €35K + performance bonus Hybrid working with flexible hours Fridays the office closes earlier On-the-job training Progression plan Free parking Health insurance Wellness allowance Birthday leave Company events Opportunities to attend industry events Study leave and career growth opportunities Please, apply with your detailed CV in English *Job.
