Product Compliance Officer – Mission "license to operate" Are you keen on keeping up with a rapidly developing landscape of regulations and increasing customer demands? And are you excited to be the one responsible for ensuring compliance with legislation and managing risk related to suppliers? If so, the position as Product Compliance Officer is the perfect opportunity for you to contribute to maintaining RTX's "License to Operate" in close co-operation with experienced colleagues.

The Mission – should you choose to accept it As our Product Compliance Officer, you will play a key role in understanding the regulatory environment for RTX products, scouting for regulatory changes, and providing sparring, advice and support to ensure compliance for RTX products worldwide. You will report to our COO Hans Henrik Petersen, and be part of his team Business Exellence.

Your primary targets will include: Perform proactive surveillance of RTX-relevant product compliance standards, regulations and world practices to maintain product compliance throughout their entire lifecycle Provide specialist product compliance advice and guidance across the organization on topics such as type approval, chemical compliance, conflict minerals, product labelling and cyber security Provide compliance input to projects, supporting feasibility assessments and resource optimization Review project documentation, product assessments, type approval submissions and Declarations of Conformity Mission Successful Most people thrive knowing what success in the job looks like.

Furthermore, you are methodical and strategic in your approach to problem-solving and focus on the quality of delivered results. For your mission to be a success within your first year with us, you should be able to cross these items off your mission statement: RTX's License to Operate status is maintained You have ensured that compliance is continuously embedded within the organization and that your colleagues understand its shared purpose Your compliance actions have translated into value for the company So, who are you?

Several backgrounds could be relevant for this position, but here are a few of the things we are hoping to see in our new colleague: Solid capabilities in reading and understanding relevant regulations, directives and standards – in short, you are not scared of legal language A holistic and strategic understanding of product development and the product lifecycle Fluency in written and spoken Danish and English with strong analytical and communication skills The ability to work both independently and collaboratively with colleagues and teams It will also be a plus if you have: A degree in Electronics Engineering, or equivalent understanding, combined with knowledge of mechanics and materials Relevant specialist knowledge of product compliance, including: 1) environmental, safety and electrical product compliance, and 2) regulatory regimes applicable to consumer electronics and wireless technologies Technical and commercial understanding of the business areas in which RTX operates Knowledge of regulatory affairs and quality assurance for healthcare products What we offer At RTX, you get to unfold your ambitions in an international environment.
