About the Role
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Solution Consultant to design, build, and deliver workflow solutions for our clients. This is a hands-on, client-facing role for someone who can translate business requirements into well-architected ServiceNow solutions and communicate confidently with stakeholders at every level.
Key Responsibilities
Design and implement ServiceNow solutions using Playbook, Declarative Actions, and Automation Designer. Gather requirements directly from clients, run workshops, and translate business needs into technical designs. Configure and build workflows, automations, and integrations aligned to best practices. Act as a trusted advisor to clients, presenting solutions, demos, and recommendations clearly.
Collaborate with developers, architects, and project teams to deliver on time and to spec. Support testing, deployment, and post-go-live troubleshooting. Maintain documentation and ensure solutions are scalable and maintainable.
Requirements
Required Qualifications 6+ years of overall IT experience. Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow Playbook, Declarative Actions, and Automation Designer. Strong understanding of ServiceNow workflow and automation capabilities. Demonstrated client-facing experience — requirements gathering, presentations, and stakeholder management.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Based in Hyderabad or willing to relocate.
Nice to Have
ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified System Administrator, Certified Application Developer, or CIS in a relevant module). Experience across multiple ServiceNow modules (ITSM, CSM, HRSD, etc.). Experience in a consulting or partner/services environment.
