Patient Access & Referral Operations Supervisor

Under the general supervision of the Assistant Director of Operations the Referral Supervisor will supervise Referral Clerks/Assistants, the Screening and Prevention team and assist Medical Manager in supervising referral clerks with other assigned duties. The Referral Supervisor will train new staff, coordinate daily job assignments and oversee all incoming referral orders from providers for all sites.
