Bilingual Community-Based Social Worker

The Bilingual Community-Based Social Worker provides culturally responsive services and leads a collaborative planning process for youth and families who are referred through Marin Special Education Plans. Services will be provided almost exclusively in the community: in families’ homes, foster homes, schools, other community locations etc.

for youth who are at-risk of being placed in out of home care or are stepping down from a higher level of care. The primary role is to ensure a sustainable network of unpaid supports (i.e. extended family, mentors, teachers, coaches) are working together toward stability for the youth and family.
