• Memory Care (ED-MC) is a dynamic leader responsible for overseeing all aspects of our Inspīr’ Oceana Memory Care Program, ensuring the well-being, safety, and comfort of our residents living with dementia. This role combines strategic management with hands-on operational oversight, embodying our commitment to providing exceptional care and a nurturing environment resident, their families and our associates. The ED-MC will lead the Memory Care Program to promote dementia care expertise, optimal wellness outcomes, resident/family satisfaction, compliance with state regulations, and operational efficiency.
