Senior Recruitment Specialist - Bulk Hiring

We are currently working on an exciting opportunity for a Senior Recruitment Specialist with a strong background in bulk / high-volume hiring, particularly for customer-facing roles, to be based onsite in the UAE. This position requires a hands-on recruitment professional who is actively involved in the full hiring cycle — from sourcing to onboarding — rather than relying solely on third-party agencies.

The role will also involve regional hiring exposure, with a focus on talent markets across Southeast Asia and Africa.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and deliver end-to-end bulk hiring projects Recruit for customer-facing and operational roles Take a hands-on approach in sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates Build talent pipelines across Southeast Asia and African markets Manage and coordinate with external recruitment vendors and partners Ensure hiring targets are met within timelines Requirements To be considered for this role, you need to meet the following criteria: roven experience in bulk / mass hiring environments Strong background recruiting for customer-facing or operational roles Demonstrated hands-on recruitment approach (not purely managerial or vendor-reliant) Experience working with and managing third-party recruitment vendors and agencies Exposure to hiring across Southeast Asia and/or Africa is highly preferred Willingness and ability to travel internationally when required Strong stakeholder management and communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment Excellent organizational and coordination capabilities To view other jobs we have, please visit our website - www.
