Urgent Recruitment Dispatch Rider

Role Summary

The Dispatch Rider will be responsible for ensuring prompt, safe, and accurate delivery of documents, packages, and other items as required, while upholding the highest standards of professionalism and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect and deliver items (documents, packages, medical-related materials, etc.) as assigned.
• Ensure proper documentation and accurate record-keeping of deliveries.
• Maintain the assigned motorcycle in good working condition and promptly report faults.
• Adhere to traffic laws, safety regulations, and organizational policies.
• Support administrative and operational units with dispatch-related tasks.
• Demonstrate professionalism, integrity, and excellent customer service in all interactions.

Requirements

• Minimum of SSCE/OND.
• Valid Rider’s Card/Driver’s License.
• Proven experience as a Dispatch Rider in a corporate environment is an added advantage.
• Familiarity with Port Harcourt routes and traffic patterns.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
