1. Support the Operations Manager with the management of the end of period close off Support the management of the month end close off by supervising:

• Journal entries
• Receipts
• Claims recoveries

1. Manage Credit Control Oversee the management of Credit Control by supervising:

• Pre-contract credit control
• Post-contract credit control

1. Management Accounts Oversee the production of the monthly Management Accounts by supervising:

• Bank reconciliations
• Journal entries
• Trial balance
• Income statement
• Balance sheet
• Tax computations
• Sign off

1. Manage Investments Oversee the management of the company investments by supervising:

• The retention and filing of investment documentation
• An up-to-date schedule of current investment
• New investments
• The reporting of the investment position

1. Manage Regulatory Returns Oversee the management of the company’s regulatory position by supervising:

• Regulatory returns due to the registrar

1. Manage Budgets Oversee the budget by supervising:

• The preparation and submission of the budget
• Monthly variance analysis and reporting against the budget

1. Manage Reinsurance Premium Adjustment Oversee the management of annual reinsurance adjustment by supervising:

• The collation and submission of reinsurance adjustment data

1. Manage actuarial review Oversee the annual actuarial review by supervising:

1. Manage Financial Accounts Oversee the production and sign off the annual financial accounts off by supervising:
