ROLE OVERVIEW As Graduate Area Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of associates and team leads within a fulfillment center. You will ensure safe, efficient, and accurate operations while meeting performance and quality targets.

This role is designed for motivated graduates or early-career professionals eager to develop leadership skills and gain experience in logistics and warehouse management. You will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, optimize processes, and directly impact Rohlik’s customer experience. WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU / THE POSITION TO PERFORM

  • Owns operational performance of an assigned warehouse area.
  • Leads a team of associates and team leaders to meet productivity, quality, and safety targets.
  • Monitors and manages workflows, staffing, and shift planning to ensure timely order processing.
  • Supervises compliance with safety standards and conducts workplace audits.
  • Analyzes operational metrics and identifies areas for improvement.
  • Supports a culture of inclusion, engagement, and performance excellence.
  • Collaborates with central teams (Operational Excellence, Automation, HR, IT, Maintenance) to resolve challenges and optimize workflows.
  • Provides input to coaching and development plans for team members.
  • Troubleshoots operational issues, identifies root causes, and proposes sustainable solutions. What we look for / what we require REQUIRED
  • High school leaving exam or higher education. - 0–2 years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, manufacturing, or related fields.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Strong analytical, communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to dynamic environments.
  • Eagerness to develop leadership and operational management skills.
  • Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays. PREFERRED
  • University degree in logistics, business, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in e-commerce, warehouse, or supply chain operations.
  • Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and inventory processes.
  • Interest in Lean, Six Sigma, or process optimization methodologies.
