Hiring Inside Sales Order Coordinator- The ideal candidate will have an associate's degree (minimum) along with previous experience in a customer service/order coordinator position. Customer service is key; you will have contact with customers daily. You will review orders for accuracy and completion. Enter all sales orders from customer PO’s, RFQ’s into our ERP system.
Place orders with vendors to purchase customer orders. Computes prices, shipping costs, and any appropriate discounts. Handles inbound calls from customers, vendors & sales team.
