Our Client, a world leader in Biotechnology is looking for a "Hospitality Ambassador" for SSF, CA Job Duration: Long Term Contract (Possibility Of Extension) Pay Rate: $33/hr on W2 Company Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Paid Sick leave, 401K Our Client is looking for an Hospitality Ambassador to provide an exceptional customer experience for employees, visitors, and business partners.
This customer-facing role serves as the first point of contact at the corporate campus, delivering white-glove hospitality while partnering closely with Security to ensure a safe, welcoming, and professional environment. The ideal candidate is service-oriented, highly organized, and thrives in a fast-paced corporate setting.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome employees, visitors, and guests with a professional and hospitality-focused approach. Serve as the primary point of contact for front desk and lobby operations. Manage visitor registration, badge issuance, host notifications, and access control procedures. Partner with Security to ensure compliance with visitor management and campus access policies.
Coordinate vendor deliveries, catering, packages, and special guest requests. Provide phone and call center support by responding to inquiries professionally and efficiently. Support workplace programs including parking placards, transportation/Clipper Cards, and lobby amenities. Assist with document distribution and internal delivery services.
Maintain lobby appearance, office supplies, and reception areas. Support multiple lobby locations as needed and assist with special projects and process improvements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Security, Facilities, Events, Legal, Executive Assistants, and Workplace Services. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
3–4+ years of experience in corporate hospitality, concierge services, executive reception, luxury hospitality, or customer-facing corporate environments. Exceptional customer service and interpersonal communication skills. Experience managing front desk operations and visitor management. Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace. Comfortable learning new workplace technologies and visitor management systems. Valid California Driver's License.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting executive offices or large corporate campuses. Knowledge of visitor management and badge access systems. Experience working in biotechnology, healthcare, technology, or other corporate environments. Background in luxury hospitality, hotels, concierge, or workplace experience programs.
