Discovery is looking for a talented and passionate Manufacturing Technician to join our dynamic Preclinical operations team. Our Manufacturing Technician is an entry-level laboratory professional responsible for supporting the production, testing, and release of media, collagen plating, and buffer solutions in a regulated laboratory environment.
This role follows established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to perform laboratory processes, operate and maintain laboratory equipment, document results, and ensure product quality and compliance standards are met. The Manufacturing Technician works closely with team members to analyze data, perform peer reviews, maintain accurate records, and support continuous improvement initiatives through lean manufacturing and 5S principles.
