Machine Operator - Screen Printing & Laser Cutting

We are looking for a skilled and hardworking Machine Operator to join our production team. The candidate will be responsible for operating Screen Printing and Laser Cutting machines, ensuring high-quality output while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. This is a hands-on shop floor role ideal for candidates with practical machine operating experience.

Duties and Responsibilities

Operate and monitor screen printing machines to produce accurate, high-quality Screen prints. Setup, run, and maintain laser cutting machines. Achieve production targets and quality as per production requirements. Perform routine checks and basic maintenance on machinery to ensure smooth operation. Load raw materials and unload finished products safely and efficiently.

Inspect finished output for defects and report quality issues to the supervisor. Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines at all times. Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the work area. Record production data including output quantity, downtime, and material usage. Coordinate with the production team to meet daily targets.

Requirements

Minimum qualification: 10th / 12th / ITI / Diploma in any relevant trade 1–3 years of experience operating screen printing or laser cutting machines (Required) Basic understanding of machine settings, parameters, and safety procedures Ability to read and follow technical job instructions Physically fit and capable of standing for extended periods Willingness to work in rotational shifts including morning, afternoon, and night shifts Good attention to detail and a quality-focused mindset Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced production environment.

Good communication and observation skills. Honest, disciplined, and responsible.
