Window, Door & Exterior Service/ Measure Tech
Job description
Built for Professionals. Designed for Problem Solvers. At Universal Windows Direct of Manchester, we're not looking for someone to simply take measurements or complete service calls. We're looking for a professional who takes ownership, solves problems, communicates well with homeowners, and takes pride in doing things the right way.
This is not an entry-level position. If you have extensive experience with windows, doors, exterior remodeling, service work, troubleshooting, and field problem-solving, and you're looking for a company that values craftsmanship, accountability, and customer experience, we want to talk with you. Is This You? You take pride in your work and stand behind it.
You believe details matter. You enjoy solving problems others can't. You communicate professionally with homeowners and coworkers. You take ownership instead of making excuses. You are dependable, accountable, and solutions-oriented. You understand that customer experience is just as important as technical expertise. You can confidently assess job-site conditions and identify potential issues before they become problems.
You have experience with windows and doors and understand how they interact with siding, roofing, trim, flashing, and water management systems. You want to be part of a growing company where your experience and contributions matter. If that sounds like you, keep reading.
