We proudly serve leading operators in Oil & Gas, Transmission Systems, Electrical Infrastructure, and Renewable Energyβdriving innovation and excellence in every project. π We Are Hiring: Interface Project Coordinator Join us to contribute to a major Oil & Gas maintenance and engineering project Location : Milan, Italy Start date : ASAP Contract duration : 15 months Status : Resident Schedule : Monday to Friday π― Main Responsibilities Data collection from EPSCC Contractor Transmission of collected data to MIEC team weekly via secured internal FTP Collection of legislation documentation applicable within TEP Collection of applicable TOTAL General Specifications Analysis of all collected documentation Definition of a specific register organized by equipment type, listing & Purchase Orders Planning, organizing and managing the IM review schedule for equipment Reporting to TOTAL representative & Project Manager Managing contract interfaces between ACTEMIUM and external project stakeholders Identifying all interface areas required for the WORK Preparing and submitting an Interface Plan including interface milestone schedule Organizing interface meetings to manage and resolve interface issues π Required Qualifications B.
Sc Mechanical Engineering or equivalent 5 to 10 years of experience in Inspection within Oil & Gas projects Computer literacy required Ability to work in a multinational team and in a service-oriented environment Strong communication and interface management skills Ability to assume responsibility and represent the COMPANY professionally Competence/experience in relevant technical specialties π£ Languages English: spoken, read, written (mandatory) French: an advantage Why join us ?
