Substitute Teacher II and III

Provides academic instruction and classroom management support to students enrolled in the Montgomery County Juvenile Court School (MCJC School) serving youth placed in the Center for Adolescent Services (CAS), Nicholas Residential Treatment Center (NRTC), and Detention facilities. The Long-Term Substitute Teacher assumes instructional responsibilities during extended teacher absences and may provide instruction across a wide range of grades and educational levels from upper elementary through high school.

Instruction may be delivered in one or more of the following core academic subject areas: • English Language Arts • Mathematics • Science • Social Studies
