Location: Hyderabad | Bengaluru | Pune | Mumbai | Kolkata | Chennai | Gurgaon Employment Type: Contract to Hire Work Mode: Hybrid Shift: 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM Experience 5+ Years 7+ Years Requirements Required Skills 5+ years of experience in SAP HCM Benefits Configuration.

Strong hands-on experience in SAP Benefits Administration. Experience configuring benefit plans and Open Enrollment. Knowledge of Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability, Life Insurance, and Savings Plans. Experience with PA40 Personnel Actions and Benefits Infotypes. Hands-on experience working with ABAP teams for custom developments.

Exposure to OData and Fiori services. Experience supporting SIT, UAT, and production support. Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
