The MIS Business Systems Analyst drives operational efficiency and effectiveness by analyzing, designing, and improving business systems. This role involves gathering and documenting business requirements, evaluating existing systems, and recommending technological solutions aligned with business goals. The Analyst acts as a liaison between business and technical teams, leading SAP and IT projects, coordinating system changes, and providing technical support.
They will evaluate business capabilities, recommend improvements, and ensure successful system implementation and ongoing support, working collaboratively with cross-functional teams, management, and vendors.
