Job description
The Annual Fund Manager leads the strategy, execution, and growth of Akin’s Annual Fund, driving donor acquisition, retention, and engagement. This role is responsible for building a sustainable base of individual donors through thoughtful storytelling, donor engagement, and data-informed campaigns. This includes executing a comprehensive, data-informed annual giving program that includes multi-channel campaigns, donor journeys, stewardship, and pipeline development.
The Annual Fund Manager plays a key role in advancing Akin’s mission by increasing donor participation, retention, and unrestricted revenue.
